I've learned that the most important part of any project is how well we work together. We might not have time for the whole 'wining and dining' routine, so think of this as a first date with my workflow!
I'll be honest, it's a straightforward and reliable process. Why fix what isn't broken? It's all about delivering results without the guesswork.
Stage 1: Discovery & Strategy
We dive deep into the brief to define goals and challenges. We strategise not just for this project, but for creating a modular system that can be adapted for future opportunities.
Stage 2: Concept & Style Development
This is the creative sandbox. We generate ideas and establish the world through style frames, narrative sketches, and sound exploration, ensuring a cohesive and compelling vision.
Stage 3: Design & Pre-Production
We build the architectural plan for the motion piece. A detailed storyboard and finalised design assets lock in the narrative flow and aesthetic before a single frame is animated.
Stage 4: Production & Refinement
Motion comes to life. We animate, composite, and sync all elements, working through collaborative review cycles to refine every detail until it's seamless.
Stage 5: Finalisation & Delivery
We package and deliver pristine, optimised files. Every deliverable is rigorously checked and formatted, ensuring a flawless launch on any platform.
Not all projects are the same, of course, and I always adapt to fit the specific goals. However, this is the framework I aim for to keep everything on track.
